The U.S. Virgin Islands sued the property of Jeffrey Epstein on Wednesday, alleging that the deceased pedophile dedicated numerous youngster intercourse crimes involving women as younger as 12-years-previous at his personal island hideaway.

The lawsuit alleges Epstein “facilitated … the sexual molestation and exploitation of quite a few women” at his secluded residences between 2001 and 2018 by “deceptively lur[ing]” suspects “with cash and guarantees of employment, profession alternatives and faculty help.” The filings additional state that the younger women have been recruited to carry out “providers and have interaction in sexual acts” as a part of a “trafficking pyramid scheme.”

The lawsuit, filed by Lawyer Common Denise George in a Virgin Islands superior courtroom, seeks forfeit of Epstein’s two islands — Little St. James and Nice St. James. The properties are believed to be valued at $86 million.

In line with the lawsuit, “a 15 yr previous sufferer was pressured into sexual acts with Epstein and others after which tried to flee by swimming off Little St. James Island.”

In response to the lawsuit, the teenager was first approached by one other teenage woman who provided her $200 to offer Epstein a therapeutic massage at his mansion. Greater than a dozen lawsuits are looking for hundreds of thousands of dollars in compensation for ladies who say they have been sexually abused by Epstein, typically for years, at his houses in Manhattan, Florida, New Mexico, the Virgin Islands, and Paris.
